This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit the website, Vercel processes technically necessary data on our behalf that your browser transmits automatically:

• IP address
• date and time of access
• page or file requested
• referrer URL
• browser type, operating system, and device type

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing a secure, stable, and fast website. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

When you contact us through the inquiry form, we process the information you enter: name, your partner's name where provided, email address, phone number, Instagram profile where provided, date and location of the celebration, guest count, requested services, planned budget, your message, and how you found us.

We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).

To deliver the form message to our email inbox we use the email delivery service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which processes the data on our behalf. Inquiries are not stored in a database on this website.

If you contact us directly by email, we process your information on the same legal basis in order to handle your request.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how our website is used. The service works without cookies and without cross-device recognition. Visits are counted using a hash calculated from the request data, which is discarded after 24 hours at the latest. We cannot draw any conclusions about your identity.

The data collected includes the page visited, the referring page, the approximate country of origin, and the device type, operating system, and browser.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the statistical analysis and improvement of our website.

When you switch the website language, we save your choice in your browser's local storage so that the website appears in the selected language on your next visit. This entry contains no personal data, is not transmitted to us, and is technically necessary for the function you requested (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

The fonts used are hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google servers is established.

We manage images and editorial content through the content management system Sanity (Sanity AS, Norway). They are delivered to your browser through our hosting provider. No visitor data is transmitted to Sanity in the process.

Our website contains plain links to our Instagram profiles. No Instagram plugins or embedded content are used. Data is only transmitted to Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) once you click such a link. From that point on, the provider's privacy policy applies.

Vercel and Resend are based in the USA. Processing of personal data in the USA can therefore not be ruled out. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

We delete inquiries once they have been fully handled and no contract has been concluded. If a contract is concluded, we store the data required to perform it until the statutory retention periods under commercial and tax law have expired.

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

You can use this website without providing any personal data. We need the information marked as required in the inquiry form in order to handle your inquiry. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
